Job Title: Remote Mortgage Advisor

Location: Home Working - Staffordshire

Remuneration: £27,000 - £29,000 basic salary (including car allowance), plus additional financial guarantees for the first 6 months, pension scheme, uncapped commission structure, and OTE between £50,000 - £65,000.

About the Role

• Cameron James Professional Recruitment are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker in the Staffordshire area. This is a fully remote position, giving you the freedom to work from home while enjoying a competitive salary and high earning potential.
• As a Remote Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker, you’ll work with 4-5 partnered estate agents who will provide 5-7 high-quality hot leads weekly, offering a 50% conversion rate. You will also be encouraged to generate your own leads through referrals, recommendations, and networking to maximize your income potential.
• This role is perfect for a motivated and experienced professional looking to make a significant impact in the lives of their clients while enjoying uncapped earnings and flexible working conditions.

Key Responsibilities

As a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker, your responsibilities will include:

• Working with partnered estate agents to manage and convert high-quality leads.
• Offering whole-of-market mortgage advice and associated protection products.
• Generating and maintaining your own client base through referrals, recommendations, and networking.
• Assessing clients’ financial situations to provide tailored mortgage and protection solutions.
• Staying up to date with the mortgage market, lender products, and interest rates to offer the most competitive options.
• Assisting clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring smooth and timely transactions.
• Negotiating favourable terms and conditions with lenders on behalf of clients.
• Maintaining compliance with financial regulations while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Regular communication with clients to build long-term relationships and trust.
• Keeping detailed and accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

What You Need to Succeed

To thrive in this role, you will need:

• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent industry qualification).
• At least 2 years’ experience in providing professional mortgage and protection advice.
• Strong organizational and diary management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
• A proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
• Self-motivation, proactive attitude, and a passion for success.
• Knowledge of the local market in Staffordshire and its dynamics.
• Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
• A reliable home office setup with adequate space and high-speed internet.
