Our client is a progressive and growing property services company with multiple specialist divisions delivering high-quality refurbishment and maintenance work across both residential and commercial sectors.

This position will oversee our clients compliance and solar pv stream, with responsibilities including:

* Organising and scheduling trades across multiple properties.

* Checking the quality of workmanship to ensure it meets our standards.

* Creating and maintaining job programmes using in house bespoke system.

* Coordinating works across various sites throughout the Midlands.

* Supervising compliance and solar pv installations, with a focus on the significant electrical elements involved.

* Liaising directly with the Electrical Contracts Manager to ensure electrical work is integrated smoothly — removing the need for separate supervisors for each trade.

Qualifications

* Electrical qualified background or strong understanding of electrical and solar PV installations,

* Solar PV Experience

* Experience supervising electrians

* City & Guilds Electrical Testing & Inspection
