Our client is a dynamic consultancy known for delivering beautifully crafted high-end residential and bespoke commercial projects. With exciting new work flying in, they're on the hunt for a Senior Structural Engineer who's hungry to lead, create, and inspire.

What You'll Do:

Take full ownership of projects-from first sketch to final sign-off
Build brilliant client relationships and lead site visits with confidence
Shape elegant, efficient designs that stand out (and stand strong)
Mentor junior talent and help shape the studio's future
Collaborate closely with hands-on Directors in a genuinely open, energetic environment

What You'll Bring:

5+ years' experience in structural design (ideally with a creative edge)
Passion for architecture and high-quality design
Revit skills a bonus, but not a dealbreaker
Clear communicator, confident decision-maker
Chartered or working towards it (IStructE/ICE)
Ambition, curiosity, and a good sense of humour
