SEN HLTA

A friendly and supportive school in Chelmsford is seeking an experienced SEN HLTA to join their team. This is a hands-on role supporting students with additional needs and helping them thrive in a structured learning environment.

The Role:

Support students with special educational needs across the school

Deliver planned learning activities and interventions under teacher guidance

Assist in creating an inclusive classroom environment that promotes progress and independence

Monitor and report on student development and behaviour

You:

Experienced HLTA or equivalent support role in a SEN setting

Confident supporting children with a wide range of needs, including SEMH, ASD, and learning difficulties

Excellent communication, organisation, and behaviour management skills

Team player with a flexible, proactive approach
