We are a private Company and leading specialists in the niche market of Lock-up Garages primarily used for self-storage. With over 40 years of industry experience, we now own 15,000 throughout the UK along with a Portfolio of Commercial and Residential Property.

We are seeking a dedicated and capable Field based Supervisor to oversee our team of Maintenance Operatives responsible for the upkeep of our expansive garage portfolio across the UK. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring our garages remain well-maintained, safe and visually appealing.

You will work alongside the Director to set company policies, develop and improve the efficiency of the business and service we provide to our valued tenants

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a team of in-house maintenance operatives.
  • Conduct regular inspections to inspect and address maintenance needs.
  • Maintain and report detailed records of all maintenance activities
  • Communicate effectively with Management, Admin Support and tenants
  • Ensure full compliance with all relevant health & safety regulations

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in Maintenance and Management
  • Be a natural team player who can build rapport and create a positive, cooperative work environment of a diverse team.
  • Have Strong Organisational Skills and be a multitasker who can manage multiple priorities and deadlines without compromising attention to detail.
  • Articulate and self-motivated, with the ability to communicate instructions and feedback clearly and the drive to achieve goals independently
  • A practical mindset with a knack for developing and implementing hands-on solutions to operational challenges.
  • Be fully computer literate, competent with relevant software (e.g., MS Office, MRI Property Software) for reporting and process management.
  • Have unwavering Integrity and ethical conduct, as you will be a role model for company values and trusted with key responsibilities.
  • Solid understanding of health & safety Regulations
  • Flexibility and ability to cope with a demanding and varied workload

Hours

5 Day week Monday-Friday 8am – 5pm
