🧵 The RoleAs an Embroidery Production Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

Operating industrial embroidery machines

Preparing garments for stitching (hooping, trimming, folding)

Conducting quality checks to ensure each item meets client standards

Working to production deadlines in a clean, organized workshop

Occasionally helping with packing and dispatch

A strong eye for detail and quality

Reliability and a good work ethic

Ability to work well in a team and under pressure

Experience with embroidery machines is a plus, but full training will be provided
