As a Logistics Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of day-to-day operations - building client relationships, planning schedules, and ensuring projects are delivered smoothly. Key Responsibilities of the Logistics Co-ordinator role:

Build and maintain strong client relationships through partnership working, regular reviews, and ongoing service improvements
Coordinate and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring systems, processes, and service levels meet client needs
Oversee logistics in real time, planning routes, scheduling vehicles, and responding quickly to any changes or escalations
Prepare and monitor quotes for client moves, ensuring timely responses and accurate resource allocation
Carry out site surveys and risk assessments to support accurate quotations and safe, efficient delivery of projects 
The Ideal Logistics Co-ordinator:

Previous experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a transport/logistics/account manager role
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with paperwork
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
