We are seeking a skilled and motivated Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team. The
successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of air
conditioning systems. This role requires a strong mechanical knowledge and the ability
to interpret schematics, ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will also possess leadership qualities to guide junior engineers and
technicians.

Duties
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on existing systems to ensure optimal
performance.
• Diagnose and repair faults in air conditioning equipment, utilising effective
troubleshooting techniques.
• Interpret technical schematics and blueprints to facilitate repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including repairs, maintenance
schedules, and equipment specifications.

Requirements
• Proven mechanical knowledge with a strong background in air conditioning
systems.
• Experience in building and maintaining HVAC systems is essential.

• Experience in refrigeration would be an advabtage but not essentail.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics related to air conditioning
equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform equipment repairs
efficiently.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members
and clients.
• Leadership experience is desirable, with the ability to mentor less experienced
engineers.
• A relevant qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred
but not mandatory.
• Excellent time keeping.
• Clean driving license or minimum points.
