Description

Lead and manage the infrastructure team to ensure consistency and reliability in the company's IT systems
Plan, implement and manage IT projects related to infrastructure
Monitor and maintain network servers and technology tools
Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures
Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
Manage and report on allocation of IT budget
Identify opportunities for team training and skills advancement
Collaborate with other department leaders to define the company's future IT needs and propose solutionsProfile

A successful IT Infrastructure Manager should have:

On-prem to Azure projects
managing 3rd party suppliers
Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications
Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks etc.
Excellent organisational and leadership skills
Outstanding communication abilitiesThe role will be 3 days onsite at the Leeds office and 2 days working from home

Job Offer
