Exciting new opportunity for a Pre Market Property Client Advisor in the Asset Management Land and New Homes Division of LSL. Great insight into property and sales environment liaising with both clients, vendors and Estate Agents.

Client Advisors – Pre Market and Sales Team

The Part Exchange Hub is a fast growing division of LSL property services who provide asset management services across the UK property industry for a variety of clients including Builders and property disposal companies.

The office is based in Eastwood and and we are now looking to recruit Client advisors to join their team. Candidates will ideally have experience of a fast paced, high pressure working environment and they work to targets and various service level agreements.

  1. Pre Market Team

The role of the Client Advisor in the pre-market team is an important first contact with clients with requests for both Desk Top Valuations and full marketing reports. The role involves:

  • liaising with both clients, vendors and Estate Agents to arrange valuation appointments
  • review valuation reports and market appraisals
  • desk top research for input into marketing packs
  • liaising with Agents for the return of paperwork and updating clients
  • reviewing all information to create full marketing packs with recommendations to clients
  • arranging Home Buyer Reports and EPC’s for clients

  1. Sales Team

The role of Client Advisor is a crucial part of the Sales Team to ensure that Client’s requirements are met in terms of marketing properties, agreeing sales and progressing these efficiently through to completion. You will liaise with Estate Agents, Vendors, Solicitors, mortgage lenders and report back to the clients, vendors and purchasers to resolve any delays in the process. Responsibilities will include:

  • Taking instructions to market and liaising with Estate Agents regarding the marketing strategy for properties
  • Weekly reporting to clients on the marketing of their properties
  • Taking and qualifying offers to agree sales
  • Progressing the sales to completion
  • Liasing with solicitors, mortgage lenders, surveyors, vendor and purchasers
  • Checking any chain issues and resolving these
  • Providing weekly reports on pipeline
  • Sales Administration

Salary - £18,000-£19,500 OTE dependant on experience (basic salary plus bonus and benefits package)

Mon - Fri 9-5.30pm + Saturdays on rota with TOIL
