A detail-oriented Assembly Operative to join a well-established engineering organisation based in Horsham. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a clean, modern production environment, working on the assembly of specialist

products. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward thinking organisation that will offer a varied role where you will learn new skills and have a wide variety of tasks and real scope to develop.

This role is key to the business to ensure production targets are met and ensuring the customer satisfaction of receiving high quality fault free equipment.

The role will be working a day shift 7:30-4:30 with some flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

Assembling electrical and mechanical sub-assemblies into finished products
Carrying out manual soldering
Preparing and applying adhesives, seals and membranes to plastic components
Filling low-volume specialised liquids into vials and containers
Operating a range of assembly equipment and tools
Using digital jigs and fixtures to test components and finished products
Packaging and labelling finished goods
Supporting the wider production team with ad-hoc tasksWhat We're Looking For

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good manual dexterity (comfortable working with small components)
Previous assembly, production or manufacturing experience (ideal but not essential)
Experience in electronics and soldering
Reliable with good timekeeping
