Do you enjoy problem-solving and helping people find exactly what they need? We're looking for a Parts Advisor to join my client's busy workshop team, supporting groundcare equipment like ride-on mowers, compact tractors, pedestrian mowers, and hand held machinery.

Salary: £14.42 per hour
Hours: 40 per week, Monday to Friday (8:00am - 5:00pm, 30 min lunch)
Overtime: Paid at 1.5x

What You'll Do:
Identify and supply parts for a wide range of groundcare equipment

Interpret parts diagrams, manuals, and manufacturer systems to select the correct components

Support our workshop technicians with parts for servicing, repairs, and warranty work

Advise customers on parts availability, compatibility, and alternatives

Process parts orders, quotations, and invoices accurately

Receive, check, and book in parts deliveries

Maintain stock levels, carry out stock counts, and help with inventory control

Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers regarding availability, backorders, and returns

Keep the parts area organised and compliant with health & safety standards

What We're Looking For:
Experience with parts in any industry

Familiarity with parts systems and technical diagrams

Excellent attention to detail and organisation

Strong communication skills to support both colleagues and customers
