To meet our vision of achieving far-reaching, progressive change and impact through learning, we need an enthusiastic and inspiring Learning Support Team Manager to oversee and support our Learning Support Assistant provision. The Lifeskills team works to support learners who face substation barriers to education, including some learners with special educational needs. This post provides an excellent opportunity for someone with passion and drive who is committed to enabling our students to unlock their potential and switch on to the power of learning.
In addition, you will need to have a flexible approach, coupled with excellent organisational, team working and interpersonal skills. You will demonstrate the ability to engage and develop students and role model the attributes that we develop within our learners.
This role is full time, term time only. Location to be discussed but travel across sites will be required.
