Due to continued growth this successful manufacturing business in Macclesfield is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join a friendly accounts team.
- Reporting to the Management Accountant, working in a team of 4
- Purchase Ledger, matching, batching & coding a high volume of invoices on a weekly basis
- Sales Ledger reconciliation
- Credit Control: chasing debt by telephone, letter & email
- Various administration duties & ad-hoc project work to support management
Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:
- Previous accounts office experience
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Focused and a motivated self-starter
- Excellent written & verbal numerate communication skills
- Strong IT skills: Word, Excel. Sage Line 200 advantageous, however not essential
