Project Quantity Surveyor | Heritage, Education, Public Sector| Central London | Aug 2025

A great opportunity for a capable Project QS to take commercial ownership of a high-profile, specialist refurbishment project at one of London's most iconic cultural institutions.

You'll be site-based, with hot-desking available at the company's central London office (Tottenham Court Road), and will work closely with the delivery team to manage procurement, subcontractor accounts, valuations, and reporting from start to finish.

The Role
• Site-based QS role on a complex £10m refurbishment project at a landmark Central London site
• Full commercial duties from pre-construction through delivery
• Managing procurement, variations, CVRs, valuations, reporting
• Liaising with subcontractors, client-side teams, and internal delivery staff

What they're looking for
• 4+ years' experience in a main contractor QS role
• Background in refurbishments, heritage, or commercial schemes
• Strong reporting, communication, and documentation skills
• Familiar with JCT contracts and public-sector compliance
