You will be working closely with students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, providing tailored support to help them access learning and build their confidence.Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting students with their emotional and behavioural needs.
• Helping students engage with their learning in and outside the classroom.
• Providing 1:1 or small group interventions.
• Working alongside teaching staff and the SEN department to monitor progress.
• Promoting a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all pupils.
