How is your social conscious? At IN4.0 we are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Manager to help deliver initiatives that will accelerate the growth of individuals and SMEs in the local area. Here at IN4.0, we have a mission to establish the UK as the place for pioneers in the fourth industrial revolution, supporting businesses with the latest Industry 4.0 Training Courses and Business Services to ensure they are the earliest adopters of industrial digital technologies.
This is a fantastic opportunity for you to use your entrepreneurial spirit and work with enterprise clients on some of the most forwarding thinking solutions in the tech industry. We have a great reputation in the market to build on with an established network across the North West.
We are looking for someone who can use their knowledge of sales, marketing and account management to bring on and develop new business opportunities with medium to large sized companies. You will have the support of industry leaders and a strong marketing team to help shape our proposals and go to market strategy.
This is an exciting role that in the future will lead to a Director level position
Day to Day Responsibilities:

Developing and executing a revenue generation sales plan across IN4.0 Group and HOST services.
Initially to work across the North West England territory.
Identify customer segments and establish profitable verticals.
Develop and executive new business sales strategy.
Achieve revenue and profit targets.
Work with customer facing team to optimise revenue generating opportunities.
Manage and ensure effective use of IN4.0 Group and HOST CRM systems.
Execute effective sales tactics and conduct negotiations.
Work with our Group marketing team to identify and secure new clients.
Pitch new sales opportunities to targeted technology vendors.
Support our CEO on structuring, negotiating, and executing sponsorship deals.
Account managing specified client relationships, being the single point of contact and ensuring a strong relationship is established and there is a robust performance management framework to support each partnership's objectives and KPI's.
Skills/Experience Required:

A creative deal maker with significant business development experience in the technology and digital space (ideally with an understanding of innovation marketing, research & development funding, and technology start-up and scale-up).
Knowledge of technology through education or professional experience.
Track record of meeting targets and commercial acumen.
Strong analytical skills and intellectual rigour applied to decision making, and the ability to think strategically about complex issues, and to solve problems to unlock opportunities with clients.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills - with the ability to develop and present proposals.
Financially literate, with excel modelling experience and strong attention to detail.
The ability to work well under pressure, to project manage competing priorities and the ability to get things done quickly at high quality.
A passion for emerging technology trends.
Ability to work effectively at all levels within a fast-paced dynamic organisation.
The role is based in Media City and would be 3 days per week onsite. Salary is up to £45K depending on experience with a financial bonus on top.
