We are recruiting a Senior Care Assistant - Nights to join a highly experienced team supporting people living with dementia and mental health conditions. This senior night role offers leadership, supervision, and high-quality care during the overnight period.

Staff promote independence and offer a variety of comfortable spaces, including multiple lounges, a summer house, a bar, a small manmade beach, and private gardens with peaceful water features. Residents can choose where to spend time across three open units:
• 'Bay' unit - bar and large conservatory
• 'Lilies' unit - hair and beauty salon
• 'Orchids' unit - lounge and activities room that doubles as a cinema and sensory (snoezelen) space

A varied, person-centred activities programme supports physical and mental wellbeing, combining in-house sessions, outdoor pursuits, and visiting entertainers.

Your Responsibilities
• Lead and support the night team to deliver high-quality care
• Assist residents with personal care and night-time routines
• Ensure the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of all residents
• Maintain accurate care records and contribute to care planning
• Promote independence, dignity, and choice for residents
• Act as a role model for best practice in dementia and mental health care

What We're Looking For
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential)
• Previous experience in a senior care role, ideally in dementia or mental health care
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
• A compassionate, patient, and professional approach
• Commitment to a fully person-centred care approach
