Electrician

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Electrician to join our team on a residential construction project. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a well organised site with consistent work available.

Electrician Key Responsibilities:

* Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential properties

* Carry out first fix and second fix installations

* Work on lighting, power, and distribution systems

* Perform testing, inspection, and fault finding

* Ensure all work complies with current electrical regulations and site safety standards

* Liaise with site managers and other trades to ensure smooth project delivery

Electrician Requirements:

* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)

* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671)

* ECS/CSCS card (preferred)

* Proven experience on residential projects

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to high quality work
