SEND Team Manager

Rate of pay - £450 per day

Location - Fully Remote

We are seeking an experienced SEND Team Manager to lead a dedicated team supporting children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).

Job Description:

Oversee a team of officers delivering child-centred, inclusive SEND services.

Ensure compliance with statutory frameworks, including the Children and Families Act 2014.

Work collaboratively with families, schools, education providers, and multi-agency partners to improve outcomes.

Lead on quality assurance, performance monitoring, and resource management.

Drive service development, strategic planning, and workforce growth.

You will play a key role in shaping an effective, responsive service that empowers children and young people to thrive and achieve their potential.

We are looking for someone with:

Strong leadership and team management experience.

In-depth knowledge of SEND legislation and practice.

Local Authority Experience Referral scheme worth up to £250 when you recommend a colleague we successfully place.
