Our client is at a turning point and they're handing over the reins to someone who thrives on autonomy, owns results and knows how to open doors in the convenience, wholesale and independent channels.

What you'll be doing:
* Leading sales strategy and execution across the region
* Developing new partnerships across convenience, wholesale and independent retailers
* Opening conversations where none exist yet, then turning them into commercial wins
* Working together with marketing, ops and leadership to scale smartly
* Using market insights and your own intuition to course-correct and drive performance
About you:
* Experienced in the independent and wholesale space
* A natural connector, someone who enjoys the buzz of making first contact
* Self-starter with the hunger and resilience to break new ground
* Confident shaping a new region
