About the Role
* £28,111 - £30,644 (to be prorated down to reflect 15 hours per week) per annum + up to 3% Bonus + Benefits
* Part Time Basis - 2 days per week on Monday and Wednesday
* Hours can be flexible.

What will I be doing as an In-house Resourcing Assistant?
We're looking for an experienced, people‑centred Resourcer/Recruiter to join our in‑house Talent Acquisition team.

* As an In‑house Resourcing Assistant, you will manage and administrate the full recruitment life cycle — from attraction and sourcing to interview support and onboarding.

In this role, you will:
* Lead full life‑cycle recruitment with regards to the recruitment of Loaders and HGV Drivers - plus some office based roles - delivering a positive and inclusive candidate experience.
* Proactively source and engage candidates through multiple channels, using strong communication skills to build long‑term talent pipelines.
* Partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues to understand workforce needs and shape effective sourcing strategies.
* Possess extraordinary organisational skills
