Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated English Teacher with a passion for literature and language? Tradewind Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a respected further education institution in Northampton, offering an exciting opportunity for a skilled educator to join their dynamic team. This role is available as a permanent position or via a temp to perm route, depending on your preference.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality English Language and Literature teaching to post-16 learners, including GCSE and Functional Skills English. The successful candidate will inspire students to explore texts, express themselves creatively, and build essential communication skills for life and work.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or equivalent

Experience teaching English Language and Literature at secondary or further education level

Strong classroom management and a commitment to inclusive education
