Key responsibilities:

• Chasing overdue invoices
• Duties include processing and generating reminder letters
• Dealing with problem accounts
• Maintain accurate record of activity with customer accounts
• Data input and allocation of customer payments
• Dealing with queries about payments
• Being able to work in an efficient and timely manner
