Description

Key responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely manner.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Maintain detailed and organised records of customer interactions within the internal system.
Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve customer concerns.
Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and recommend solutions to management.
Support the team in meeting agreements and performance targets.
Assist in onboarding new customers by providing guidance and answering initial queries.

The successful Customer Service Representative will have:

Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused mindset.

An ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.
