An established North Yorkshire high-street firm with multiple offices across the region is seeking an experienced Senior Solicitor to lead a department spanning two key offices.

This is a genuinely supportive, people-focused firm known for developing talent from within, funding qualifications, and offering long-term progression.

The Opportunity

• You’ll first and foremost be a fee earner but also take on a senior leadership role, and guide a team of 5
• Steering departmental strategy and performance and leading on key business projects
• Driving client service excellence by managing KPIs, risk, compliance & quality
• Line management, development & coaching
• Working closely with the wider management team
• Business development

This is a senior influential position ideal for someone confident managing their own caseload, bringing in work, and operating as a strong role model within the department.
