Registered Manager - New Children's Home

I am looking for a Registered Manager for a brand new children's home opening shortly in Kettering.

The service will be home for 3 children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties and is owned by a company which is new to the area. The company has an Ofsted 'good' provision already and will provide full support with resources, administration systems and staff training.

In this post you will:

* Register the provision with Ofsted

* Act as Ofsted Registered Manager to deliver services which are fully compliant with legislative and regulatory requirements

* Recruit and build a successful staff team ensuring that team members work effectively with children, young people, families and all internal and partner agency staff

* Manage all aspects of the home on a day to day basis

For this role you must have:

* QCF Level 5 (or equivalent) in working with children and young people

* A proven track record of managing a children's home with a good/outstanding rating

* The ability to hit the ground running to help push the business forward

* Experience of leading a team

* A full UK driving licence with access to a car for work purposes
