Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and dynamic Project Manager to lead and oversee the end-to-end execution of POS projects for our health and beauty clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within manufacturing or retail environments, with a passion for delivering exceptional client solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage multiple POS projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines.

* Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and translate these into actionable project plans.

* Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance.

* Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

* Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.

* Ensure the highest quality standards for all deliverables.

* Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service.

* Develop and enforce project documentation, including timelines, specifications, and reports.

* Continuously seek process improvements to optimise project efficiency.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a Project Manager in manufacturing, retail, or POS solutions, ideally within the health and beauty sector.

* Strong understanding of product design, manufacturing processes, and supply chain management.

* Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

* Certification in project management (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) not essential

* Knowledge of health and beauty industry trends and standards is a plus.
