We are currently searching for an confident Administrator who is friendly and personable with good numerical and organisational skills!

Our client are a leading consultancy who are currently expanding their finance team, if are an experienced administrator with an interest in Finance, look no further!

About the role:

JOB TITLE: Administrator with Finance duties!
JOB TYPE: Permanent, Full Time
HOURS: 09:00am - 17:00pm (Flexible working)
SALARY: £25,000 - £26,000 plus great benefits!

LOCATION: Central London

Financial control and preparation of Invoice raising
Schedule, draft and issue invoices accordingly; update monthly summary
Issue, update and manage Job Schedule
Process remittances and allocate payments on a daily basis
Collect outstanding debt by telephone, letter and email
Manage the collection of debts and their status by using Excel
Prepare monthly analysis of invoices raised and debtors for internal management purposes
Liaise with Consultants with regard to queries from clients on unpaid invoices
Send out regular financial statements to clients
Maintain up to date and accurate records
Prepare consultants expenses submissions
Prepare monthly and quarterly client status reports
Copy typing of surveys, reports, correspondence & presentations, asset registers, contracts, minutes
General Admin - answering telephone calls, filing/archiving; diary management
Any other ad-hoc duties as requiredExperience, knowledge and skills required

Educated to a degree level / Equivalent 2.1 or A levels
Experience working within administration
Good IT skills - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Teams
High attention to detail skills and accuracy skills
Friendly, proactive, willingness to learn
Completion of any admin/ business certificates - Desirable
1 years' experience within an Finance Admin role - Desirable About you:
