We're hiring a BMS Project Manager!

Are you an experienced BMS professional looking for your next challenge? We're looking for a confident and technically skilled BMS Project Manager to take ownership of full project lifecycles across commercial, healthcare, education, and industrial sites in the Midlands.

You'll be joining an established, supportive team with a strong pipeline of work and the autonomy to deliver projects from pre-construction through to commissioning and client handover.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage BMS projects from design to final commissioning

Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, and delivery schedules

Oversee health & safety, site documentation, and RAMS

Liaise with clients and stakeholders throughout the project

Ensure projects meet technical, budgetary, and timeline goals

Support the commissioning team and handover process

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience managing BMS projects (Trend, Tridium, or similar)

Strong understanding of HVAC systems and building automation

Good organisational and leadership skills

Confident communicator with clients, engineers, and suppliers

Full UK driving licence

Relevant technical qualifications (electrical/mechanical bias preferred)
