Red Recruitment is recruiting a Sales Administrator to join our client, a provider of temporary catering equipment and furniture to businesses.
This role will be completing sales and administrative tasks associated with the hire of commercial catering equipment.
A sales or administrative background is desirable. The salary for this position is £24,275 per annum and is located in Old Market, Bristol.

* Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (You may be required to flex your shift pattern during June and July. This may mean starting early ie 8am and finishing later ie 5.30pm)

Key Responsibilities of a Sales Administrator:
* Managing the sales inbox and allocating emails to the appropriate people within the sales team and wider business
* Answering inbound calls and ensuring these are dealt with in an efficient way
* Providing quotes to potential clients received via email or via inbound calls, and chasing these quotes to convert to orders
* Processing clients' orders accurately and in a timely manner
Key Skills and Experience of a Sales Administrator:
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and experience in using a stock order system
* Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is desirable
* Strong customer service skills and the ability to take initiative
* Be self-motivated with a results-driven approach
* A sales or administrative background would be desirable
