Connect2Luton are excited to recruit for an Senior Document Controller on behalf of Luton Borough Council within their London Luton Airport Ltd department!

As a Senior Document Controller, you will be responsible for the implementation and continued management and running of the Luton DART Common Data Environment (CDE).

To be successful in this role you must be able to support the wider Luton Rising organisation in developing, implementing and managing an appropriate CDE.

About the Role

Lead on the development and implementation of the Luton DART Common Data Environment (CDE).
Lead on the implementation of comprehensive Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) procedures on all information within the CDE, involving liaising with internal and external teams.
Being the point of contact for clients, consultants and internal management for project information auditing and sourcing.
Support DART Management to ensure a specific, relevant, and comprehensive set of subcontract requirements relevant to information management / document control are incorporated within each tender package.
Support the wider Luton Rising organisation in developing, implementing and managing an appropriate CDE.
Complete audit on a regular basis ensuring records are completed and maintained.

About you

Experience of project support, implementing and maintaining document control procedures and quality management systems.
Experience of successfully undertaking a range of complex and challenging administrative activities within a project environment.
Ability to demonstrate stakeholder engagement experience.
Develop highly effect and professional working relationships with all levels of staff.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present information accurately.
Ability to communicate effectively to all levels and liaise with outside agencies.
Ability to prepare a range of complex documents.
Have a methodical approach to work combined with a high attention to detail.
Ability to work on your own initiative and use good judgement.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Project) and Autodesk.
Fluent English language skills, verbal and written.
Qualification relevant to the job or equivalent experience and training.
Ability to travel through the Borough and regionally for meetings as and when required.About Us
