We are recruiting on behalf of a friendly, family-run care home for Full Time Healthcare Assistants. Short and long shifts are available to suit your lifestyle.

This is a welcoming, homely environment providing care for both Residential and Dementia residents. The team is committed to person-centred care, creating a safe, comfortable, and friendly setting where residents are treated with dignity and respect.

·       Supporting residents with personal care needs

·       Providing reassurance and emotional support

·       Conducting regular wellbeing checks

·       Monitoring and reporting any changes in condition

·       Maintaining accurate care documentation

·       Promoting a calm, safe, and friendly environment

·       Previous care experience preferred but not essential

·       NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) desirable

·       Compassionate, patient, and reliable

·       Strong communication skills

·       A genuine passion for supporting older people

·       £12.60 per hour

·       Full time, flexible shifts (short or long shifts available)
