• Experience working within a primary school setting * Confident covering whole-class lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 * Strong classroom and behaviour management skills * Able to deliver pre-planned work and adapt where necessary * Supports pupils of all abilities, including those with SEND and EAL * Flexible and available for adhoc supply and/or committed to long-term roles * Communicates effectively with staff and pupils * Professional, reliable, and enthusiastic
