We're recruiting experienced Children's Residential Support Workers / Key Workers to work across a range of homes in Burnley on a casual basis. Whether you're looking for extra shifts or full flexibility, we have a variety of opportunities available including days, evenings, weekends, sleep-ins and waking nights.

What you'll be doing:

Supporting children and young people in a residential setting

*

Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing

*

Contributing to care plans and risk management

*

Acting as a key worker where required

*

Providing safe, consistent, and nurturing support

What we're looking for:

✅ Minimum 6 months' experience in a children's residential setting (essential)

*

✅ Confident managing challenging behaviours

*

✅ Strong safeguarding knowledge

*

✅ Flexible and reliable

*

🚗 Own transport preferred due to shift patterns and locations
