Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join our team. The role is a mobile position covering Kensington, Chelsea and West London areas.

The primary responsibilities include the installation, maintenance, and servicing of a range of commercial gas heating systems across various commercial properties. This role demands a strong emphasis on safety, compliance, and high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

- The role is to assist the contract manager in achieving compliance with regards to Combustion servicing and remedial works across London.

- Working mainly in large residential blocks, commercial offices and schools providing commercial gas boiler maintenance, repairs and minor installation works on both aged traditional plant to modern energy centres as a mobile engineer.

- The vast majority of works will be within plant rooms with all associated equipment; hence a working knowledge of heating distribution and ventilation systems is essential.

- Routine mechanical maintenance of associated plant items such as pumps, heat exchangers, pressure vessels and valves will also form part of the role.

- This will include the servicing of Combustion Appliances and associated plant together with the production information for quotations for extra works, to be submitted to Combustion supervisor.

- Produce conditional and dilapidation reports, as requested.

- Ensure standard of work is of a high level and complaint to relevant combustion regulations and company policies.

- Responsibilities will also include being a member of the On-call Rota

- Possess a high degree of attention to detail

- Proactive and enthusiastic Team Player
