NHS Senior Recruitment Consultant- Solihull£30,000 - 35,000 basic salary + monthly paid commission up to 20%

Harrison Sands has an exciting development desk open with one of our Solihull-based boutique agency clients. An NHS non-clinical framework supplier, this desk will focus on the generation and fill of vacancies in their high-volume temps team. This is placing administration, facilities and catering staff into NHS hospitals across the West Midlands.

Joining an established team, the Recruitment Consultants will focus on managing day to day client requests for temporary staffing. This will involve:- Development of supply relationships with stakeholders across the NHS.

- Taking and making client calls, and as needed meeting with key NHS stakeholders onsite to discuss upcoming recruitment plans.- Advertising vacancies via Job Boards, social media and company website.- Screening candidates, involves initial interview either via Teams or face to face and completion of DBS checks.- Reference checking all candidates. As you are supplying into the NHS all temps need to have 3 fully checked references so this is a daily task!- Booking temps onto shifts and dealing with any worker queries.- All associated administration on the company CRM.

This position will suit an organised public sector temps recruiter with ambition to grow and build a team around them.

Based in Solihull Monday - Friday 8.45am - 5.15pm with flexibility for 1 day WFH.
