🛠️ Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operations on a highways renovation project

Ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and to required quality standards

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel

Manage project timelines, budget control, and reporting

*

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations

*

Conduct regular site inspections and audits

*

Liaise with project stakeholders, including engineers and local authorities

*

Support setting out and surveying activities as required

✅ Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager on highways, roads, bridges, or heavy civils projects

*

Background in civil engineering

*

Experience in one or more of the following: Highways, Railways, Heavy Civils, Bridges, Roads, and Setting Out

*

Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification

*

Black, White or Gold CSCS card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)

*

Must come from a civil engineering background
