Zest Education is recruiting for Teaching Assistant to join welcoming primary schools in Walsall and the surrounding areas, starting ASAP. This role involves supporting pupils across the school and helping to create a positive, engaging learning environment. About the Role
- Support children across different year groups with their learning
- Work closely with class teachers to deliver effective learning strategies
- Assist with small-group activities and 1:1 support where needed
- Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Contribute to the wider school community and uphold its values
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or supporting children in an educational setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for helping children learn
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff and parents
- A proactive approach to supporting pupils to reach their potential
