Reed Finance are pleased to be working with a healthcare organisation based outside of Bath recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join their lovely team.

Salary is £40,000-£46,000 +benefits including:

This Finance Business Partner role offers a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of key areas within the business. This is a hands-on role where you'll be the go-to expert for operational budget holders, helping to drive financial performance, ensure compliance, and support strategic planning.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Producing monthly management accounts, forecasts, and KPI analysis, including journals, accruals, and variance reporting.
  • Partnering with budget holders to help them understand financial performance, mitigate overspends, and identify savings.
  • Coordinating inputs for the annual budget model and supporting year-end account preparation.
  • Maintaining strong financial controls and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
  • Preparing costings for new projects to support decision-making.
  • Completing balance sheet reconciliations and supporting audit processes.
  • Collaborating with other finance professionals and business intelligence teams to ensure accurate reporting and efficient processes.

This role would suit someone who enjoys working closely with stakeholders, translating financial data into actionable insights, and contributing to both operational and strategic goals.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong experience in management accounting and financial planning.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships across departments.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Experience with financial systems (Xero, QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus.
