As a Therapist you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming first impression for our guests. You will manage the entire guest journey ensuring that all treatments carried out are to the highest of standards and that every guest receives genuine and personalised service. You should uphold the highest standards and ensure the guest experience is always in line with Nobu Hotel London Portman Square standards. Your tasks as Therapist will include but will not be limited to:

• Contribute to the smooth operational running of the wellness and fitness treatment areas.
• To be passionate and take pride in carrying out all treatments to the required standard.
• To be confident and fully conversant with every treatment, product and facility in the Wellness and Fitness Centre.
• To work within the time guidelines of each treatment ensuring that the highest standard of guest care is practiced.
• To be confident in ensuring that product knowledge is well known, and that the client’s time is educative, therapeutic, and relaxing.
• To be confident in greeting the client warmly and by their name, show them to the therapy room and indicate where everything is, ensuring the highest client care is given.
• To be confident in upselling the products during the treatments and ensure that the client receives your enthusiasm and knowledge.
• To be an ambassador for Nobu.
