About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Forklift Counterbalance Driver to join a well-established manufacturer and distributor of lubricants for general industry, based in Irlam. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity for the right candidate.

You will work across both the warehouse and production areas, with approximately a 70:30 split between FLT duties and manual work. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a strong, supportive team in a modern and friendly working environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently

*

Loading and unloading vehicles

*

Supporting warehouse operations including picking, packing, and stock movement

*

Assisting in production processes as required

*

Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety procedures

Requirements

*

Minimum 6 months Counterbalance FLT experience

*

Valid FLT licence (in-date)

*

Previous warehouse or production experience

*

Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team

*

Flexibility to work across both departments
