Your new roleYou'll play a key role in ensuring that thousands of homes across the region remain safe, compliant and well-maintained. Working in both occupied and empty properties, you will:

• Carry out electrical installations, servicing and repairs
• Complete inspection & testing to regulatory standards
• Diagnose and rectify electrical faults
• Maintain electrical systems and domestic appliances
• Ensure all work complies with the latest IET Wiring Regulations

You'll be supported with the right tools, equipment and technology to deliver a first-class service.

What you'll need to succeedWe're seeking skilled and reliable Electricians with experience in domestic repairs and maintenance, ideally within the social housing sector. You will need:

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrotechnical Systems or equivalent
• Inspection & Testing qualification (e.g., 2391/2394/2395)
• 18th Edition (BS 7671)
• Strong understanding of current IET Wiring Regulations
• A full UK manual driving licence
• Excellent customer service skills and a professional, solution-focused approach
