The company are a leading manufacturer of Automation supplying to a range of Industrial sites throughout the UK. This role is due to existing growth plans.

This is a Monday - Friday flexi working supporting the production team. You will be putting your own stamp on a specialist team whilst driving efficiencies and ensuring KPIs are hit accordingly. You will also support the continuous modernisation and improvements of a well-invested manufacturing facility.

This role suits a Production Supervisor or Manager from an Electrical, Automation or Control systems background looking for a secure role offering further training and progression opportunities.

The Role

Leading, managing and developing your own team.
Ensuring that production KPIs / targets are met, whilst continually improving production line.
Monday - Friday days (8am - 4pm).

The Person

Supervisor, Manufacturing background.
Electrical, Automation experience.
Commutable to Bristol
