Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a dedicated and nurturing EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary setting in the Bolton area. This full-time role is due to start in January and will run for the remainder of the academic year, with the potential for extension.

The Role:

• Supporting children across Early Years with their learning, development and daily routines

• Assisting the class teacher with planning, preparation and delivery of activities

• Providing 1:1 and small-group support to help children meet early learning goals

• Creating a positive, engaging and safe learning environment

• Building strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working within the Early Years Foundation Stage

• A patient, caring and enthusiastic approach

• Strong communication skills and a passion for early childhood development

• TA qualifications or relevant childcare experience are highly advantageous
