Remuneration: £25,000 - £40,000 basic, plus financial guarantees for up to 6 months, pension, DIS, PMI, OTE £60,000 - £85,000

Overview:An esteemed independently owned estate agency in Hornchurch seeks an experienced Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker. The role involves offering comprehensive mortgage and protection advice, with access to the entire mortgage market and a panel of 5 life providers for protection business. Based in our flagship Hornchurch office, you will handle mortgages up to £700k, with an average property value of £500k.

About the Role:

• Provide expert mortgage and protection advice to clients, with access to the whole market and a panel of top life providers.
• Receive a consistent flow of pre-qualified leads (8-10 appointments per week) for high-value properties (up to £700k).
• Proactively build your client base by utilising the agency's extensive existing client database for remortgage opportunities.
• Earn a competitive base salary of £25,000 - £40,000 (dependent on experience) with uncapped commission and bonuses.

Main Duties:

In this bustling Hornchurch estate agency office, you'll manage 8-10 new mortgage appointments weekly, dealing with properties up to £700k. Additionally, you'll have unrestricted access to our existing client database, providing ample opportunities for remortgage services. With the potential to write 8-10 mortgages monthly, you could earn between £16k - £18k per month, with additional commission payments exceeding £2,500. Exceptional performers may write up to £25k monthly.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• CeMAP qualified with a strong understanding of mortgages and protection products.
• Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Broker.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and a team player with a results-oriented approach.
• Clean credit history, no criminal convictions, and a full UK driving licence.
