Job Overview

You will be a key part of the people team and responsible for coordination and delivery accurate payroll data. You'll be the go-to for payroll queries and a key contact between internal teams and external payroll proviers.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Coordinating end to end UK monthly payroll
Liaising with external payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll data.
Working closely with finance and HR teams

Essential Skills and Competencies:

Experience running payrolls from start to finish
Relevant telephone experience
High level of computer literacy (MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
High level of organisational ability; ability to work to tight deadlines and targets
Good communication and customer service skills

Desirable Skills and Competencies:

Proven experience working in a UK payroll function
Experience using Workday Payroll (desirable)
Solid understanding of UK payroll legislation
Experience with excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot Tables)
