We are working with a care provider that operate a portfolio of care homes across the North and are looking for a new Home Manager to take on the full day to day operations of a service in Preston. This is a well-established home that provides nursing & specialist dementia care for elderly people and has an excellent reputation in the local area.
The company are looking for a new manager who is confident to lead the home through a 'Good' CQC inspection and eventually move the home to 'Outstanding' in the future. The role itself will require you to continue with the excellent work already set out by the current team during the turnaround project and steadily start to increase the occupancy within the service. The home also offers:

The Candidate & & & & &
The successful candidate must be an experienced, committed and personable manager who genuinely has a passion for elderly care. The client requires someone who has worked within an elderly care home and preferably ran a 'Good' rated care home or has thorough management experience.

The candidate must have excellent leadership skills and provide evidence that their focus is to provide high quality care. This position requires a commercially aware person who can recruit, retain and motivate a competent staff team, as well as being comfortable with budgeting and ensure the home goes above and beyond to provide outstanding care for its residents. &

This role is based in Preston, Lancashire and is commutable from Southport, Manchester, Wigan, Preston, Bolton, Chorley, St Helens, Warrington, Blackpool & Fleetwood.
