Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive – Exeter, Devon

We are recruiting on behalf of a respected law firm looking to expand its Private Client team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a strong background in wills, probate, estate planning and Court of Protection matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a busy caseload of private client work, including:
  • Wills and estate planning
  • Trusts and inheritance tax planning
  • Powers of Attorney
  • Court of Protection and elderly client services
• Provide tailored legal advice to high-net-worth individuals and families
• Opportunity to take on more complex matters as your role evolves

About You:

• You should be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2+ years’ PQE in private client law
• Strong technical knowledge and client-facing communication skills
• A STEP qualification is desirable, but full funding and support will be provided if you want to obtain it
• Based in or able to commute to Exeter, East Devon, or surrounding areas
