Welder/Fabricator
Location: Chesterfield & Surrounding Areas
Pay: £16.00-£18.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday - Days or Shifts Available

Metalis are working with a variety of reputable manufacturing companies across the area, seeking skilled Welder/Fabricators to join their teams. These roles offer great opportunities to work on diverse projects, using your welding and fabrication expertise in busy workshop environments.

Job Duties:

Carrying out MIG and/or TIG welding on mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium.
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
Measuring, cutting, and fabricating components to precise specifications.
Operating hand tools, grinders, and cutting machinery.
Performing quality checks to ensure all work meets required standards.
Working to deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.Ideal Candidates Will Have:

Previous experience in MIG and/or TIG welding and fabrication.
Ability to work confidently from technical drawings.
Knowledge of workshop safety and fabrication techniques.
Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
Flexible, team-oriented approach.What's on Offer:
